The word Karuna, best describes the intent of the people behind the hospital – understanding the sufferings of poor and sick people, and with a sense of duty acting upon it. The Hospital’s only motive is to provide affordable and quality healthcare to all. We have never turned away any patient because of his/her inability to pay for treatment. We always try to fund treatments through donations by generous supporters. Very recently, to continue helping poor patients a fund for INR 1 cr each has been created, for poor cancer and heart patients under the name of ‘Karuna’. The fund would further subsidize the costs of treatment. Since inception in June this year (2019) many poor cancer patients have been treated successfully in the hospital at half the costs.
