An Eight-month-old baby girl was being managed as a case of seizure disorder. She was referred to the Rotary Ambala Cancer and General Hospital’s Pediatric Department for further treatment. Here, Pediatrician, Dr. Anand checked her reports and figured out that this particular case is not of Seizures, instead it is a typical case of Infantile Tremor Syndrome with Vitamin B12 deficiency. Looking at those reports Dr. Anand stopped all seizure medicines and started providing her Vitamin B12 supplements.
