RACGH is happy to share a photo of the patient (consent given by the patient and his family) where the Multi-Speciality team helped the patient go home. The patient was admitted under our General Physician with Pneumonia and when evaluated had Tracheo Esophagus Fistula. Endoscopy and Stenting were done by Dr. Hardeep Singh Gastroenterologist and Bronchoscopy was done by Dr. Karnail Singh, Interventional Pulmonologist. He was on the ventilator for a week and went home safe, sound, and happy. Kudos to the team of RACGH. Team efforts always make a change.
